Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product and AI strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
• Launch AI-driven products and features that redefine workplace health solutions.
• Partners with engineering, data science, and design teams to embed intelligent capabilities into the platform.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging technologies and competitive opportunities.
• Promote ethical AI practices prioritizing safety, privacy, and compliance.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product innovation team.

Skills

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, AI technologies, or related fields with proven success in launching AI-powered products.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or similar discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and complex product initiatives.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
• Deep interest in applying technology to solve real-world healthcare challenges.
